Expect a no-bullshit approach in everything we do with minimal fluff and flag waving. But if you are success minded person - you will appreciate this approach!

We welcome you all and will help get a WOE that works for you! First step is always cleaning out the shit foods that are killing your mind and body and the rest is so much easier!

MOVEMENT
Ok, the tricky part here is not just exercising regularly, it’s choosing the right exercise, sport, movement, activity that suits your body and your goals. Get it right and you will get great results quickly ...get it wrong and you go backwards! Then making sure it is something you enjoy and can sustain for a long time. Gone are the days where we just ‘start jogging’ because thats what we have always done and our mates are doing - we have to think deeper about this.
There’s a fair chunk of tough-love needed here too! No waving the princess flag and wanting an easy way out, you will need to find a to incorporate some type of daily movement to keep the dad bod away!
